Office Manager 
POSITION SUMMARY: The Office Manager is responsible for administrative, customer service and financial duties of the Company in accordance with policy and sales plan. Parts Manager 
POSITION SUMMARY: The Parts Manager increases the efficiency of the store by ensuring that parts and inventory is available at an acceptable level at all times. This person negotiates with suppliers to obtain inventory at the best possible cost savings from the most reliable sources. In addition, he or she must keep excellent documentation, in order to minimize losses. THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: (list of actual duties that must be performed in this job) Adhere to the steps outlined in the chapter titled Parts Procedures — Maximizing Organization & Profitability in Section 3. Of the Operations Manual. Take the necessary steps to maintain a minimum of 25% profit on parts; assuming that you will make it up in other areas is simply a fallacy. Conduct accurate data entry of vendor invoices, and monitor closely to verify discounts and identify supplemental parts price increases. Carefully monitor parts for freight damage and develop a system for billing accordingly. Even if the damage is relatively minor, over the course of time the potential income can add up to a considerable sum of money. Always label every part with the appropriate repair order number or part label to simplify the identification and return process when necessary. Implement parts carts for moving large parts orders quickly and easily. Parts carts will also make tracking parts simple by keeping the entire order with the job until delivery. Keep accurate records by documenting all pertinent information on the Job File Jacket or in the computer, or both. Continually work at negotiating the best discounts and service available on parts and materials. Maintain a complete inventory of the necessary nuts, bolts, clips, fasteners and specialty items. Conduct regular maintenance of the parts room in a neat, clean and organized manner. Provide safekeeping of all shop specialty tools in a locked cabinet, issuing to technicians as needed, and keeping a written record of the employee who has checked out the tool. Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to supply current information on the parts status of all jobs. Follow the steps outlined in the chapter titled Processing an Order - Administrative Steps from Start to Finish in Section 3 to ensure that the entire administrative process is handled efficiently. Estimator 
ESTIMATOR POSITION SUMMARY: The Estimator is responsible for providing customers with timely and friendly appraisals, with the ultimate goal of closing the sale to maintain a high closing ratio. Auto Glass Manager/Technician 
Collision Pro is a large modern facility with 2 locations in Helena Montana. Our facilities have state of the art equipment. In addition to our collision repair facilities our company also has a full service automotive glass business Auto Glass Express located at 700 River rock Dr. with a large office area, two large service bays and a glass storage area located in a modern new building. We also have a van for times when mobility is needed. Applicants must have experience in auto glass repair and replacement and posses’ abilities to manage day to day business, sales & marketing including training and management of others. Salary & benefits up to $42,000 + per year (based on 40 hour work week) with excellent benefit package that includes health care insurance, retirement & bonus incentive. Metal Technician Journey Level 
Collision Pro is a large modern facility with 2 locations in Helena Montana. Our facilities have state of the art equipment i.e. Chief laser/computerized measurement and 2 Grabber drive on frame racks Hunter alignment systems, heated downdraft paint booths etc. This position requires an experienced metal technician who can straighten and repair both full and unitized frames. Collision Pro will consider persons with at least 5 years experience in frame/metal auto body repair. Applicants must have own tools. Salary & benefits up to $50,000 + per year (based on 40 hour work week) with excellent benefit package that includes health care insurance and retirement. This job will require you to bend, stoop, reach, lift & carry up to 100 pounds.
Metal Tech Level 2 
Collision Pro is a large modern facility with 2 locations in Helena Montana. The Metal Technician Level II position requires an experienced technician who can shape & straighten cosmetic damage to body panels. This position also requires the ability to remove and replace damaged bolt on panels including metal skin replacements. Tools & equipment are provided to the technician by Collision Pro. Salary Depends on experience and can be up to $45,000 + per year (based on 40 hours work week) in addition and excellent benefit package is included, health care insurance, retirement, vacation & coveralls. This job will require you to bend, stoop, reach, lift & carry up to 100 pounds.
PPG Refinish Technician 
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for all phases of automotive refinishing repairs from. The Refinish Technician must foster a positive team spirit within the paint department and with other departments. This person must be meticulous in his or her work and always strive to improve productivity and quality of work. PHYSICAL/MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS OF THE WORKPLACE: THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Complete all repair assignments according to the methods and objectives outlined in the chapter titled Paint Shop Procedures in Section 4 of the Operations Manual. In addition to basic hand tools such as air sanders, air ratchet, spray guns, sanding blocks, etc., you must also provide the minimum required tools and equipment listed in the chapter titled Painter’s Prep Cart and Inventory in Section 4. Inspect every vehicle as it enters the paint shop from the metal department, to ensure that it has passed all previous inspections and standards. Immediately notify the appropriate person of any hidden or missed damage that doesn’t appear on the Work Order. Be responsible and accountable for all parts for any jobs that are assigned to you. Be organized and develop a system for holding the parts until they are installed on the vehicle. Whenever paint is mixed for jambing or cut in, make certain that enough material is mixed for the entire job, and that it is clearly labeled and stocked for easy access when the vehicle enters the paint shop. Be certain that every job is checked for color match prior to the vehicle entering the spray booth. Each mixing and matching process should include spraying out a test panel. Conduct any buffing necessary to your own paint work. This is intended to make each painter responsible for the efforts involved in the preparation and cleaning of jobs prior to painting. This also includes the work performed by others involved in the preparation, like apprentices and helpers. Ensure that all spray operations are complete, all masking is removed, and all prior paint-related disassembly has been reassembled prior to returning the vehicle to the metal shop or detail shop for final assembly and get-ready. You should remain conscious of, and make every effort to achieve the objectives outlined on the delivery list of cars scheduled. Sometimes this requires working overtime to meet the objectives. Upon completion of a job or nearing completion of a job, advise the production manager and request a new assignment. Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with managers and fellow employees in a positive spirit of teamwork. Paint Prep Technician 
AUTO BODY PAINT TECHNICIAN: Auto body paint technician needed for state of the art auto body repair facility. Collision Pro is a large modern facility with 2 locations in Helena Montana. The Paint Prep Technician Primary Duties Include: , prep, mask, prime, sand, & prepare vehicles for painting. Some disassemble and re-assemble, and small repair's. This position is a precursor to becoming a skilled craftsman in automotive refinishing. Required tools & equipment are provided by Collision Pro. Salary Depends on experience and can be up to $30,000 + per year (based on a 40 hour work week) in addition and excellent benefit package is included, health care insurance, retirement, vacation & coveralls. This job will require you to bend, stoop, reach, lift & carry up to 90 pounds.
Porter 
The Porter will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, cleaning, and servicing of all equipment, fixtures, and property. This position will also require the pick-up and delivery of parts and Customer pick-up and delivery.This job will require you to bend, stoop, reach, lift & carry up to 100 pounds.
Detail Technician 
Detail Technician The Detail Technician is responsible for all repairs assigned and listed on the repair order/electronic customer file. The repairs should be completed in a quality manner, following company guidelines and procedures. The Detail Technician must be meticulous and thorough in the quality of their work. He/she must be able to read and understand every aspect of a work order to ensure proper repair on a damaged vehicle. A polite and courteous attitude is necessary when dealing with customers, additionally; it is imperative that this technician possess a good work attitude and foster a positive team spirit both within the department as well as between other departments. The Detail Technician must always strive to improve quality and productivity of work. Final detailing is a direct reflection of the combined repairs completed at Collision Pro and can be the deciding factor in pleasing the customer upon delivery. For this reason, the Detail Technician accepts a great deal of responsibility in consistently performing their duties to the company's standard quality.
